Important Notice
By creating a 555ph account or by continuing to use the 555ph platform after any amendment to these Terms & Conditions, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must not use the 555ph platform. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and 555ph.
1 Definitions
In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:
- "555ph," "we," "us," or "the Platform" refers to 555ph.one and the legal entity operating the platform under the applicable regulatory framework.
- "Player," "you," or "your" refers to any natural person who registers an account and uses the services provided by 555ph.
- "Account" means the personal account registered by a Player on 555ph.one.
- "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free spins, cashback, or other non-cash incentive awarded to a Player by 555ph.
- "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited directly by the Player and available for withdrawal subject to these Terms.
- "Bonus Balance" means promotional funds credited to an Account which are subject to wagering requirements before conversion to Real Money Balance.
- "Wagering Requirement" means the total wager amount that must be placed on eligible games before a Bonus Balance becomes eligible for withdrawal.
- "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required by 555ph and applicable regulations.
- "Services" means all gaming, betting, payment, and account services accessible through 555ph.one.
- "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country, territory, or region from which access to 555ph is restricted under applicable law.
2 Eligibility & Registration
To register an Account and use the Services provided by 555ph, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:
- You must be a natural person aged 21 years or older. This minimum age is fixed by PAGCOR regulations applicable to online gaming in the Philippines. Persons under 21 years of age are strictly prohibited from registering or using the 555ph platform in any capacity.
- You must be legally permitted to access and use online gaming services under the laws of the jurisdiction in which you are located at the time of use.
- You must not be resident in or accessing the platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
- You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list operated by 555ph or by a recognised gaming regulatory authority.
- You must not be acting as an agent, representative, or nominee of any third party when registering an Account.
- You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration, including your legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details.
Age Verification
555ph reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. Proof of age will be required as part of the KYC process before withdrawals above the daily unverified limit are processed. Acceptable documents include a Philippine passport, PhilSys national ID, or a driver's licence issued by the Land Transportation Office (LTO). 555ph will suspend any Account where age verification cannot be satisfactorily completed.
By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that all information provided is true, accurate, and complete, and that you will promptly notify 555ph of any material changes to your registration details. False or misleading registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of balances.
3 Account Management
3.1 Single Account Policy
Each Player is permitted to register and maintain one Account only. The registration of more than one Account by any single individual, whether using different personal details, devices, IP addresses, payment methods, or household addresses, is strictly prohibited. 555ph employs technical and procedural controls to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 555ph reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances held therein, including Real Money Balances subject to applicable law.
3.2 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your credentials with any third party. 555ph will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account. You must notify 555ph immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.
3.3 Account Inactivity
An Account is considered inactive after a continuous period of twelve (12) months during which no login activity or financial transaction has occurred. 555ph reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to dormant accounts in accordance with its published fee schedule, which will be provided to you by email prior to its application. Any remaining balance in a dormant Account after the application of applicable fees will remain accessible to the verified Account holder upon request.
3.4 KYC Verification
555ph is required to conduct identity verification in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering and regulatory obligations. You agree to provide such documentation as 555ph may reasonably require to verify your identity, age, address, and source of funds. Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within the specified timeframe may result in withdrawal restrictions, Account suspension, or both.
4 Deposits & Withdrawals
4.1 Deposits
555ph accepts deposits through the payment methods listed on the platform at the time of deposit, which include but are not limited to GCash, PayMaya, BPI bank transfer, BDO bank transfer, Metrobank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard. All deposit transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). Minimum and maximum deposit amounts apply and are displayed at the point of transaction. 555ph does not charge fees on standard deposit transactions, although your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
4.2 Withdrawals
Withdrawals from your Account will only be processed to a payment method registered in your own legal name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. KYC verification must be completed before withdrawal requests above the applicable daily unverified limit will be processed. 555ph processes withdrawal requests in accordance with the timelines stated on the platform, which are indicative only and may be subject to additional processing time for verification purposes.
GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within one (1) hour of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are typically processed within one (1) to three (3) business days. 555ph reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal request.
4.3 Withdrawal Restrictions
555ph reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing where: (a) KYC verification is incomplete or outstanding; (b) there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct; (c) the withdrawal request relates to Bonus Balance funds that have not completed the applicable Wagering Requirement; or (d) there are pending game disputes or Account investigations in progress.
Currency
All financial transactions on 555ph are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Where a payment method processes transactions in a different currency, the conversion will be applied at the exchange rate determined by your payment provider at the time of the transaction. 555ph is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations or fees imposed by third-party payment processors.
5 Bonuses & Promotions
All bonuses, free spins, cashback awards, tournament prizes, and other promotional incentives offered by 555ph are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual promotion, as well as the general bonus terms set out in this section.
- Bonus funds are credited to your Bonus Balance and are separate from your Real Money Balance. They must not be confused with withdrawable funds.
- All bonuses are subject to a Wagering Requirement which must be satisfied before any bonus-derived winnings may be transferred to your Real Money Balance and become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable Wagering Requirement will be stated in the promotion-specific terms.
- Wagering Requirements apply to bonus funds only unless otherwise stated. Real Money Balance wagers do not count toward Bonus Wagering Requirements unless explicitly specified.
- Not all games contribute equally to the fulfilment of Wagering Requirements. Game contribution rates are published in the promotion terms and/or the 555ph bonus terms schedule.
- Bonuses expire on the date specified in the promotion terms. Expired bonuses and any associated unconverted winnings will be removed from your Account without further notice.
- 555ph reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time where there is reasonable evidence of abuse, exploitation, or technical error.
- Players may not hold more than one active welcome bonus simultaneously. Abuse of welcome offer terms, including registration of multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
6 Gaming Rules & Fair Play
All games available on 555ph are operated in accordance with the rules specific to each game, which are accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the applicable game rules before placing wagers.
RNG (Random Number Generator) games on 555ph use certified and audited random number generation systems. Live dealer games use physical equipment — real cards, real dice, real roulette wheels — operated by professionally trained and supervised croupiers. Game results in all categories are final once a round has concluded in accordance with the applicable game rules.
In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session — including but not limited to server failure, disconnection, or software error — 555ph will take commercially reasonable steps to resolve the issue. Where a malfunction affects the outcome of a game round, 555ph reserves the right to void the affected round and refund the wager placed for that round. The decision of 555ph in respect of technical malfunctions is final.
555ph publishes Return to Player (RTP) figures for all slot games. RTPs represent the theoretical long-term average payout percentage for each game and do not guarantee individual outcomes in any specific play session.
7 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on 555ph and constitute grounds for immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of balances:
- Registration of an Account by any person under the age of 21 years.
- Registration or use of multiple Accounts by the same natural person.
- Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or any mechanical or electronic means to place wagers or interact with the platform in a manner not intended for human users.
- Collusion between Players in live table games or any other multi-player gaming environment.
- Exploitation of any software bug, error, or misconfigured game for financial gain. Any winnings generated through exploitation of a technical error are not valid and will be voided.
- Deposit and withdrawal activity that is inconsistent with normal gaming behaviour and indicative of money laundering or financial fraud.
- Use of stolen, unauthorised, or fraudulently obtained payment methods.
- Claiming bonuses or promotional offers in bad faith, including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim welcome offers more than once.
- Any conduct that harasses, intimidates, or abuses 555ph staff or other players through any communication channel.
- Accessing the platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction through the use of VPN, proxy servers, or similar circumvention technologies.
Anti-Money Laundering
555ph is committed to the prevention of money laundering and the financing of unlawful activity. The platform cooperates fully with applicable anti-money laundering legislation and regulatory requirements. Where suspicious activity is identified, 555ph is obligated to report such activity to the relevant regulatory and law enforcement authorities. Accounts under investigation may be suspended and funds frozen pending the outcome of such investigations.
8 Privacy & Data
555ph collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is published at 555ph.one/privacy-policy. By registering an Account, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy and consent to the processing of your personal data as described therein.
555ph may share your personal data with third-party KYC and payment processing providers, regulatory authorities, and law enforcement agencies where required by law or regulation. 555ph does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
9 Responsible Gaming
555ph is committed to promoting responsible gaming and player welfare. The platform provides a range of tools to help Players manage their gaming activity, including deposit limits, session time limits, loss limits, and self-exclusion options. These tools are accessible from within your Account settings.
Players who wish to take a temporary break from gaming may activate a cooling-off period of between 24 hours and 6 weeks through the self-exclusion tool in their Account settings. Players who require a longer or permanent exclusion may request indefinite self-exclusion by contacting 555ph support. Self-exclusion decisions cannot be reversed during the elected exclusion period.

Player Welfare
Gaming should be an enjoyable form of entertainment. 555ph urges all Players to set personal budgets before commencing play, to take regular breaks, and to never chase losses. The 21+ age requirement is a hard regulatory requirement, not a suggestion. 10 Intellectual Property
All content on the 555ph platform — including but not limited to software, source code, game engines, graphics, text, audio, video, logos, trademarks, trade names, and the overall look and feel of the platform — is the exclusive property of 555ph or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 555ph platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming and entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You are not permitted to copy, modify, distribute, transmit, display, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any content from the 555ph platform for any commercial purpose without the prior written consent of 555ph.
11 Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 555ph shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of gaming opportunity, or any other intangible losses.
555ph's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising from or related to these Terms or the use of the platform shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by that Player during the twelve-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
555ph does not warrant that: (a) the platform will be available at all times without interruption; (b) the platform will be free from errors, bugs, or security vulnerabilities; or (c) any content on the platform is accurate, complete, or current. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
12 Suspension & Termination
555ph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
- Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity, including identity fraud or payment fraud.
- Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
- Conduct that 555ph reasonably considers to be harmful to the integrity of the platform or other players.
- Request by a regulatory authority, law enforcement agency, or court order.
- Discovery that the Account holder is under 21 years of age.
Upon termination of an Account, any Real Money Balance remaining after the resolution of any outstanding investigations or disputes will be returned to the Account holder via their verified payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification. Bonus Balance funds are not refundable upon Account termination.
A Player may close their own Account voluntarily at any time by contacting 555ph support. Players wishing to close their Account for responsible gaming reasons are encouraged to use the self-exclusion tool rather than account closure, as self-exclusion provides additional safeguards.
13 Amendments to These Terms
555ph reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material — meaning they significantly affect your rights or obligations — 555ph will provide notice of the proposed changes by email to your registered address and/or by posting a prominent notice on the platform no less than fourteen (14) days prior to the amendments taking effect.
For minor or clarificatory amendments that do not materially affect your rights, 555ph may update the Terms immediately upon posting, with the updated effective date noted at the top of this page. Your continued use of the 555ph platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request closure of your Account.
14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines or, where applicable, the dispute resolution procedures of the relevant regulatory authority.
Before initiating any formal dispute resolution process, Players are encouraged to contact 555ph's customer support team in the first instance to seek an informal resolution. 555ph will use commercially reasonable efforts to resolve Player complaints within fifteen (15) business days of receipt of a formal written complaint submitted to [email protected].
In the event that a dispute cannot be resolved informally, either party may refer the matter to the applicable regulatory authority for adjudication in accordance with the authority's published dispute resolution process.
